So you want a job in fashion PR, but which level? Generally the career ladder looks something like this:

- Senior Account Executive
- Account Manager

- Director/Fashion Director
Obviously it will depend on your level of fashion PR experience i.e. a senior account executive will need at least 2 years experience in fashion PR industry. Other points to consider are your level of education, your black book of contacts, and regular skills such as communication skills, use of initiative, creativity etc.
